1.Production capacity: Dual guarantee of hardware and technology, industry-leading production base. The factory covers an area of 15000 square meters and is the largest professional production base for starry sky domes in China. All production equipment has been upgraded to imported equipment from Germany, including integrated thermoforming equipment, five axis CNC machine tools, high-precision engraving machines, constant temperature and humidity production systems, and aluminum profile bending and finishing equipment, to ensure that products have accuracy and concealment from the source.
2.Efficient production capacity: With advanced equipment and lean production management, the factory has a daily production capacity of up to 300 sets (three times the industry average) and a warehouse inventory of 300 sets. It can achieve efficient service of “same day ordering, next day delivery”, effectively meeting batch orders and emergency needs 。
