Shanghai 3.5-meter-diameter dome restaurant

Kathleen’s Waitan K Western Restaurant, located on the Bund in Shanghai, chose multiple 3.5-meter-diameter JC domes on the terrace to allow for more space and a better river view.

The JC dome with a diameter of 3.5 meters covers an area of 9.6 square meters and a height of 2.5 meters. As a restaurant, it can accommodate around 8 people. It features minimalist white curtains and white tables and chairs, giving the entire restaurant a sense of luxury. Kathleen’s Waitan K Western Restaurant originally had tables and chairs placed directly on the rooftop terrace without any obstruction. Although it was convenient to enjoy the river view, the rooftop terrace could not be opened during rainy days or low temperatures in winter.

After adopting JC domes, restaurants no longer have to worry about the impact of bad weather. Even on rainy days, they can listen to the sound of rain and enjoy the Huangpu River view from the dome restaurant on the terrace. This not only satisfies customers’ taste buds but also brings them a unique dining experience. Moreover, even with the installation of the Starry Sky Room, its 360-degree panoramic view does not affect customers’ enjoyment of the river view.
